The Introduction Letter This is the first step in making your Reunion an event to remember. I will customize your letter using your official School Logo. The letter, which provides all of the pertinent information, can be sent with the Official Invitation and Event Program.

Class Directory A must for any Reunion. Customized for your Graduating Class, the Directory can be made available to all Graduates who attend the event. Can include the following: A Mailing List of classmates A page honoring the deceased A Welcome Letter from you Reproduction of Yearbook Pictures

Tickets As the checks from Graduates start rolling in, it's time for the Tickets. Sent via mail, they would include the Time, Date, and Location

Postcard Reminder As the date of the Reunion nears, it's a good idea to send out the final reminder in the form of a Postcard.
