Air Bellows
Industrial Air Bellows are designed for applications requiring high thrust, short stroke single acting actuators.
Available manufactured in 1, 2 or 3 convolutions to suit various articulations and strokes. The bellows are manufactured from reinforced synthetic rubber fabric using proven technology developed for the tyre manufacturing industry. The exclusion of reciprocating metal parts provides a virtually frictionless thrust when compared to conventional pneumatic cylinders.
The bellows are available with steel or aluminium end plates and support rings. Air bellows are suitable for vibration applications. For specialist applications plastic end fittings and specialist rubber bellows are available.
