  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message

Genesis Wing Logo Steering emblem is finally out.. Check it out!

I ordered mine on the 13th, it was mailed the 19th, and I got it on the 23rd. I got mine from Seoulfulracing.com

Actually you don't need to apply the one piece of adhensive film that comes in a kit. As a matter of fact, you get better fitment and it looks even better and stick out less that way. We put the extra adhensive film there in case someone want to put the on the flat surface other than on top of H logo.

Now you tell me. I installed with what came, and it sits too proud. It also deflected at the edge where the smaller 2-sided pad ends, and looks not great.

Recommendations on best removal - hair dryer??

No I would just ply it off gently so the whole thing (emblem itself and the other sticker) come off then take the adhensive film off and put the emblem back on.
It should be still sticky and we stick on your H emblem like a champ

Hmmm. This is odd. I used the extra double stick tape that was included and i think mine looks fine. I doubt that I will pry it off to remove the unneeded tape. Take a look at my pics a few pages back on this thread.
 
KDMguy, how are you so helpful in this forum but its like pulling teeth when communicating through email?

It took a week and a half of emails back and forth to find out that you shipped it to the paypal address instead of the website transaction address. I still haven't found out when the product was actually shipped. All I got were curt responses like you couldn't be bothered.

I barely come on this forum.. We check all of our email address at least 3 times a day.
What exactly was your transaction and what was your email? Because we have a single package just came back to our office a week ago for unknown address.
If you have bought products off our website, it should not take more than 10-14business days usually.
It was your fault not changing your confirmed address on paypal in a first place while you were placing an order, and it states clearly on our website.
We did get back to you that your order was sent out on time and if the package ever comes back we would let you know.
We are here to help so let us know in detail by either email or PM here.
 
got mine today as part of a kit from Korean auto imports . put it and the wheel caps on in five minutes . looks real sharp .next the wing logos . all this stuff really dresses up the car . Marty

It took so little time to install and now I dont have any flying H left on the car
The look is perfect
Extremely happy with this so very easy mod

What did you do about the H emblem on your engine cover and windows? ;)

FWIW, I did this mod last week and love it. So simple and so cheap. There is no way I would have paid $150-200 for a new airbag cover.

Yes. Sorry, I should have been more clear. It's too bad you can't buy just the cover. Either way, the stick-on emblem is a decent compromise at a very reasonable price IMO.

KDMGuy: Got your steering wheel emblem Feb 12 and it appeared to have a flaw - a shiny sliver that I can see and feel through the plastic packaging coming from the lower left of the thin silver band surrounding the emblem. Emailed Feb 13 to both supergtimports@yahoo.com and kdmsource@yahoo.com with pictures and asked what you wanted me to do as I had not opened the packaging. Received no reply to date. Have left two messages at the 213-596-8959 number and have not gotten a call back.
