Damita L. Cox - President
Damita was born and raised in Chicago. She is a wife and the mother of 2 daughters and one son. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Marketing from Chicago State University. She is currently working on her Masters in Mental Health Counseling & Biblical Studies. She along with her husband Roderick P. Cox are the Pastors at God’s Love & Faith Ministries.
She is currently employed by HeavenSent Records as the President. She also was an Account Executive at Clear Channel in for Inspiration1390. She is also an on-air announcer for WSSD-AM 88.1 in Chicago, Illinois. Damita loves gospel music and is the niece of the late Dinah Washington ”Queen of the Blues.” Her aunt started out singing Gospel music with the Sallie Martin Singers. She is from a family of people who love God and love to sing his praises.

Roderick was born and raised in Chicago. He is a husband and the father of 2 daughters and one son. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Minor in Psychology from Roosevelt University. He has a Masters degree in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix. Roderick, along with his wife, Damita, are the Pastors at God’s Love & Faith Ministries.
Roderick is currently the Accountant for HeavenSent Records and a Teacher. Roderick loves animals, especially caring for and breeding fresh water tropical fish. He also loves being an amateur photographer. He comes from a family of people who love God and serving Him.

Charisse Wilson - Administrative Asst.
Charisse hails from Chicago, IL., earning a Bachelors in General Studies and a Masters in Human Resources and Management Development. She's the eldest of three, a proud member of Cosmpolitan Church of Prayer (Dr. Charles G. Hayes) and her passion is helping others and singing.
Aside from being the admin asst for HeavenSent Records, she is the webmaster for this site and is booking manager for Jonathan McReynolds and Mind Over Matter. She sings background for Kristin Smith and assists with various programming and coordinating for programs in the Chicagoland area. With her creativity, she does graphic designs and printing.
