Established in 1947, J. & D. Andre was set up to manage the property interests of the Group, in terms of both the day to day upkeep and their long term interest.

Throughout the Group’s long involvement with the textile industry, J. & D. Andre has developed a unique understanding of how to manage mills and make them an attractive proposition for prospective tenants.

Major alterations together with attractive rental schemes have ensured that the mill properties are suitable for a wide range of companies.

One of the mill properties is listed, and so by keeping abreast of the new laws that govern such buildings, it has been possible to rejuvenate parts of the structure while at the same time, keeping the original character of the mill.
