Casa Gentili is a former manor house of Caprese Michelangelo. Its elegant facade, unusual in rural Tuscany, dominates the surrounding area.

For further pictures, please see the photo gallery.

Stepping through a Lion gated entrance you enter a 30 metre boxed hedge walk leading to stone steps and up to the Grand Terrace. Below you is the swimming pool, garden and orchard.

Internally the property's unique and fascinating history comes to life as you enter the house. Decorated walls and ceilings, some dating back to the 1930s greet you. In the saloon/reading room the warm decorated panel ceiling certainly captures the character of the house.

While Casa Gentili sleeps up to 8 people (plus 2 small children) the extensive living accommodation offers guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy the delights of the house and the area at a pace which they can determine.

Casa Gentili aims to offer the discerning guest the quality of a hotel combined with the flexibility of a self-catering holiday.
