Your reservation, any agreements and any services provided, and any and all other items shall be construed under, and according to the laws of Turks and Caicos Islands. The legal venue for any and all matters shall be in the Turks and Caicos Islands Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance and confirmed. A five-hundred dollar deposit using a valid credit card is required to confirm all reservations for each Suite reserved. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Cancellation policy is thirty-days in advance for a full refund.
