Certification is valid for a period of 12 months for a steriliser and 24 months for a compressor.
Repairs that are covered by a service contract are free of charge. Repairs to equipment not covered by a service contract are charged for at £220.00 provided that all works can be completed in a single visit. Low value parts like door seals are included. Any return visits that may be required and more expensive parts like printed circuit boards would be quoted for. Any other works not covered by this page are charged for as below. Travel is included.

We provide service contracts for many makes of sterilisers and compressors that provide scheduled servicing, free call outs and repairs for breakdowns that are covered by the service contract (including labour and most parts), and most important of all, peace of mind.

Steriliser testing (or validation) accurately measures cycle parameters to check that a steriliser is performing exactly as it should.

”Old age” surcharges are applicable to service contracts for machines that are more than 10 years old:-
10% for units over 10 years old
20% for units over 15 years old

We charge £80 extra for every steriliser test that isn’t carried out at the same time as a service or inspection.
We charge £50 extra per visit for works carried out in Central London.
We charge for parking if it isn’t provided free of charge.
