La Bock Ki (Korean Spicy Ramen with Rice cake sauce)


INGREDIENTS (Serves 2)

Use Ingredients from recipe “Duk Bock Ki
Add:
2 package of Ramen noodle
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled
1 cup chopped round cabbage, blanched for 1 minute
 

 
 

METHOD

(1)  Follow instructions from recipe “Duk Bock Ki
(2) Cook Ramen noodle according to package instruction.  Drain and set aside in serving plate.
(3)  At the last step of “Duk Bock Ki”, add blanched cabbage and Ramen noodle.  Cook till noodle is evenly coated with sauce.
(4)  Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.  Serve HOT and enjoy!
