Join New York’s BEST Jewish singles group Annual Memorial Day Weekend (Friday, May 27, 2011 to Monday, May 30, 2011) for a spectacular 4 day, 3 night all inclusive stay at the elegant Hudson Valley Resort and Spa. Less than two hours from Manhattan, the resort is located upstate among New York’s beautiful Catskills Mountains. The weekend program is sponsored by ‘NYTW’ (Not Your Typical Weekend Corp.), a celebrated New York City based Jewish singles group which strives to present spectacular and stylish events, at a low cost.
Participating guests will be treated to all the comforts of a hotel and yet have the fun of being outdoors in camp. Highlights of the event include a live performance by the ‘Beer Mitzvah Band’: Jon Taub, Richie Mansour, Jason Horowitz; Carnival Night - get into the swing of camp while enjoying gourmet food (12 freshly made meals); Camp Fire – complete with marshmallows, instruments and a sing-along; all night dancing in our private club by our very own DJ; NYTW's ice breakers and spiritual Shabbat prayers and song. Weekend activities include: ropes courses, mini golf, basketball, tennis, volleyball, ping pong, hiking in the Minnewaska State Park, outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and there is an open workout room/gym. There is also a Spa, Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna, (all separate for Men & Women).
Guest Speakers will include Rabbi Baruch Friedman of the ‘Manhattan Jewish Experience’ (MJE), Sara Shulevitz Esq. (Star Criminal Defense Attorney, former Prosecutor & Public Defender) and comedian Eli Roth. There will be a certified dating coach available and interactive workshops for those that want to learn “how to build lasting relationships,” by our very own Jeffrey Grunstein CPC, HKP PeacefulResolutionsUSA.com. They will be offering a self-awareness/self-defense course too. Your participation in any and all of these programs is optional .
All meals are fully glatt kosher and will be catered by Benny’s Gourmet of Brooklyn. This includes the special omelet and Panini stations, 24 hour snack room and a deluxe BBQ with all the fixings.
