Founded JLee Realty - Headquarters in Palo Alto

In 2019 I founded JLee Realty, purchased my own commercial building in Palo Alto, and moved my entire Juliana Lee Team from KW to our new headquarters. My team still works together as a team with everyone providing their own special skills rather than as independent agents working under a managing broker. Having myself and many of my team members working together for each client focuses the knowledge and efforts of myself and multiple team members to achieve significantly better results for our clients, than can be achieved by an independent agent working in a large brokerage. Being an independent brokerage frees us to do what is best for our Silicon Valley clients rather than what is best for a national brokerage.

Philosophy

One of the greatest pleasures in life is finding a profession you have a talent for and one that you enjoy doing. For me, that profession is real estate. I take great pride and satisfaction knowing that I am helping my clients build a secure future. Real estate affords me the unique opportunity to combine my legal and financial background; safeguarding my clients interest in difficult negotiations. This philosophy has served my clients remarkably well. Over 50% of my sales are referrals from previous clients.

Education

Born and raised in Taiwan, I earned my law degree from Fu Jen University. After practicing law for three years at my father's law firm, I immigrated to the Bay Area in 1979. Here I pursued and earned my MBA from the College of Notre Dame, specializing in Finance. My California real estate license followed in 1983, and I became an active member of both the San Jose and Palo Alto Board of Realtors. By the end of 1995 (over 25 years ago), I achieved the highest credential level in my profession and was awarded the title of Certified Residential Specialist. Since then, my personal passion for real estate has guided and driven me to become much more knowledgeable.

Culture & Affiliations

My Chinese heritage and bilingual ability give my clients a definite edge in today's multi-cultural market. I have considerable name recognition in the Asian community through my ten-plus years of advertising in the Chinese World Journal. I am an active member of the Northern California Taiwan Chamber of Commerce; the Stanford Chinese Association and the North American Chinese Realtors Association, and both the Palo Alto and San Jose Board of Realtors. (My unfailing presence in the Palo Alto Weekly, over the past years, often earns me the distinction of being their single largest private advertiser.)
