Zombie Bride!!
Best wreck the dress ever. EVER. No really. Brava to this beautiful bride for giving up her heirloom dress to the zombie fantasy wreckage. Husband, Cory Casciato runs The Inevitable Zombie Apocalypse, and there had been talk (momentarily) of a zombie wedding, though it ended up being just a flash mob wedding. (like JUST a flash mob wedding is something to skim over, I mean really FLASH MOB WEDDING.)
So this couple was just chock full of the awesome-sauce to begin with, and the zombie wreck the dress was…well…inevitable. (YES I SAID IT!)
Cory and Abby, this was the most fun wreck the dress in the history of wreckage. I have to shout out to my fav hero MUA Miss Monika Graf who, once again, did the most incredible job with the make up. She blows me away. FOR REALS. Magical, incredible Monika.
Also thank you to my AD for this shoot Melinda Piñon who came up with the fabulous ideas, including the American Gothic-Zombie Style. We have decided every shoot will have an homage to something we love. We did the Victorian Style Eisenstadt, who knows what we will roast next. Send me an idUea!
Last (but not least) I thank Miss Cora Kemp and my Auberry Lee for their assists today at the shoot, not to mention their fun-time lighting tests. (which will no doubt become another post entirely.)
So without further adooo….WATCH OUT because HERE COMES THE BRIDE…
AAAAND every bride needs a GROOM…(arms are optional though)
But sometimes they get cold feet…
But it all works out in the end…
