Review of the last MRM:-

 

    SMR indicated that all Ncr’s has been closed out with suitable corrective actions and also mainly advised AO dept to increase the frequency of water potability tests as the strength is going high and AO confirmed to look in to the same and to plan from further to implement the same.

 

 

 

Review of SA 8000 Policy:

Review of procedures, systems and appropriate changes as a result of changes in work practices or changes in relevant status:

 

     Policy, procedures and systems were reviewed and the adequacy, suitability and continuing effectiveness of the same are found to be meeting the standard as well as company’s requirements.

 

Review of the effectiveness of the systems and procedures:

    SMR informed that the policy, system and procedures are implemented and their continuing effectivness of the same is fennel to be meeting the standard and companies requirements.

Forced Labour:

   No form of forced labour in Leshark available as indicated by AO and it has been clearly evidenced in internal audits that no forced labour as informed by SMR.

Health and safety:

   The health & safety representative indicated there were no major issues pertaining to health & safety. The AO indicated that the last Fire drill Evacuation was conducted on SEPTEMBER MONTH. The evacuation was carried out with out any untoward incident.

 

Freedom of Association & Collective bargaling:  See section on committee meetings.

 

Disciplinary action:  AO discussed that no major disciplinary action was taken and all action initiated was recorded and available.

Remuneration:  AO and SMR indicated that there were no issues with remuneration. OT was being paid at a premium.further upon the minimum wages revision by state government by april, hike in salary will be provided based on the same and AO confirmed to implement the same on time .

 

Working Hours:  AO pointed out that working hours has been as usual with 8 hours duty and 1 hour over time.

 

Management Systems:  SMR informed that as decided that the minutes of this MRM would be conveyed to all interested parties in the company’s website and that the information of the same will be conveyed to all those concerned through email or mail.

 

 

Review of training and awareness programs:  AO indicated that training on various programs have been regularly conducted such as fire fighting, ppe usage and women personal hygiene as per schedule.

 

 

Review of conformance of suppliers:  AO indicated that review has been of suppliers; sub suppliers and sub contractors entry application to be returned at the earliest for further evaluation.

    All Non confirmance has been closed out       as told my SMR

        

 

Anti sexual harassment committee meeting minutes: The AO indicated that the last meeting was held on today morning on the proposed schedule. The meeting was attended by the MD, other staff and  representatives.

 

Workers Committee meeting:  The last workers committee meeting was held on the proposed schedule. The points raised in the meeting was also reviewed and pending points noted in the Management Review Register to be resolved at the earliest.
