Outside

Getting there: The house is only 120 km from Paris which makes it easily accessible via the Parisian airports (CDG & Orly) and Eurostar terminal (traffic permitting of course!). The motorway A6 & A5 exits are 15 minutes drive away. The SCNF station is in Sens (12km): 1 hour to Gare de Bercy (Paris) and 1h30 to Gare de Lyon (Paris).

Shops: You will find in the nearby the villages of Egriselles Le Bocage (4 km) and Gron (5km) a small supermarket, tobacconist, baker butcher and weekly "marche". For a larger selection of shops and main supermarkets, Courtenay and Sens are only 12 km away.

Grounds: Set in a small and quiet hamlet, the house is surrounded by a large matured garden partly shared with the owner's. The house is completely detached and boasts delightful views over the fields. During rental periods, the English-speaking owners are on- site in neighbouring property for any assistance.

Weather: The weather in the Spring and Summer is very pleasant in high 20 degree Celsius. La Maison du Coin is south facing so you always get the best of the day.
