DANGER: The decals on the foot plush toy can be detached and ingested, which is a choking hazard for a child.
DESCRIPTION: This recall involves My Pal Scout, a green and beige electronic dog stuffed with plastic decals on their feet. When the decals are pushed, the dog plays music, speech and shells. "Scout" is printed on the label of the dog in the dog's neck. The dog plush measures approximately 9 "x 9" wide. "LeapFrog Ent. Item No. 19142" is printed on the white label attached to the dog and the packaging of the toy. Dogs My Pal Foot Scout Sizes are not affected by the recall.
Sold at: Toys "R" Us stores nationwide and toysrus.com, leapfrog.com other websites and retail in May 2009 to June 2009 for about $ 20.
WHAT TO DO: Consumers should immediately take the toy away from young children. Contact LeapFrog at (800) 701-5327 or visit the company web site for information on receiving a replacement Scout My Pal Foot embroidery instead of decals.
