Some people are amazing athletes, some are gifted writers, a few are talented photographers. Rarely are they all three, as demonstrated by the picture above. It is, alas, the only visual record of an an incredible journey across the South Downs Way, undertaken by four brave riders from London Phoenix and completed in one painful day.
