the SNDT Women's University Library under the UGC programme 'Capacity
Building of Women Managers in Higher Education':
Two posts in the grade of Lecturer -- 1 Open and 1 reserved for SC
Qualifications :
The candidates should have good knowledge of Information Technology and English anguage
The work of the Lecturers will be:
To search out and prepare data for the website of the project, to identify
and acquire resources (print and digital) for the NID Cell, and to carry out
other information-related and administrative work as assigned by the
Co-ordinator of the NID Cell. The job does not involve any teaching.
Kindly note that the positions are temporary and contractual, till March 31, 2012.
Remuneration: Rs. 26,000 (consolidated), likely to be revised. The remuneration is on an ad-hoc basis with an annual increment.
The University does not have any accommodation facilities for ad-hoc staff.

- Good academic record with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade at Master's Degree Level in Library and Information science/Women's Studies/Information technology/Computer Applications or in Social Sciences /Humanities with a Women's Studies component.
