Use of MapJack photographic imagery is limited to displaying it to end users
in the same manner, form, format, and appearance as it is provided on the
MapJack website.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate MapJack for any
reason, without notice at any time.
You are free to use screen-shots from MapJack. However, if used online the screen shots must be linked to the tiny URL link (example above).
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right to remove any image for any reason, at any time.
We may amend our Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion.
We may, but have no obligation to, remove content that we determine in our
sole discretion to be offensive, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable
or violates any party's intellectual property or privacy.
We reserve complete ownership rights and full intellectual property
rights in all imagery and content.
You may not use MapJack for any illegal or unauthorized purpose .
You may use MapJack and its images solely for your personal,
non-commercial use only.
You may only use images hosted on MapJack in a website if the
image links back to MapJack.
You may not delete or in any manner alter the copyright appearing
in the imagery.
You may not use MapJack in a manner which gives you or any other
person access to mass downloads,
bulk feeds of imagery or any numerical data.
You may not copy, modify or make derivative works of the imagery,
in whole or in part.
