This is a brand new 10x13 picture/photo frame (meaning a 10'' x 13'' or a 13'' x 10'' print will fit just right). Solid wood 1.5'' wide and 0.75'' thick molding with a 0.25'' deep rabbet is covered with a thin layer of gesso and painted flat black (meaning, not shiny, matte finish).
