Eric brings 25 years of experience in government and non-profit policy and public relations work to Progressive Way, having managed client accounts including the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, Natural Resources Defense Council, Washington DC Building Trades Council, the District of Columbia Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs to the American Federation of Teachers.

He also served as an organizer for the IUPAT, mayor's assistant and worked on many grassroots efforts, gaining experience in building coalitions between labor groups and the wider community and winning press coverage for often under-reported issues.

Eric has a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore and the National Labor College.
