Payment Terms

All orders are to be paid Pro Forma, no goods will be produced until payment has cleared.

For Credit Account Facilities please contact us for an application form; if credit is approved then payment must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, after this time interest will accrue on the owed sum at a rate of 5% above the Bank of England base rate.

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with the goods you order, the service you receive and the way we apply your logo or branding. In addition, we guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you have a quality concern, please contact us.
