The security management has over 25 years combined experience. The operations Manager formally with private security companies working in surveillance, close protection and risk management becoming operations manager for one of the largest security organisations in the U.K. coming to McPear Security he overseas the security operation forging lasting relationships, working with supervisors and officers to bring home the quality service expected. The team of officers and their supervisors are all thoroughly checked and S.I.A. licensed.

The team have a good mix of skills and experience to work in changing environments from large Retail Premises, construction sites to licensed premises throughout the day and night.
