As a Point Progress client, you will have your own site address, usually in the format of:
https://<your email domain>.myexpensesonline.co.uk
or
https://<your email domain>.meo-business.cloud
Therefore, if your email address is jo@example.com your site URL will likely be https://example.myexpensesonline.co.uk
From there you will be able to login as normal.
