On September 15th 2018, after 11 years of battling MND, still with a smile, my Father finally lost his fight.

Thanks to my love for the outdoors, I've had the privilege of participating in numerous events. These experiences have allowed me to share my story, connect with incredible individuals, and forge unforgettable memories. Most importantly, they've enabled me to raise funds and awareness for MND and the MND Association.

MOTOR NEURONE DISEASE (MND)
Motor Neuron Disease (MND), also known as ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease, is a progressive neurodegenerative condition. It affects both upper and lower motor neurons, causing muscle weakness and atrophy. This leads to limb immobility, speech impairments, and difficulties with swallowing and breathing.
