BASKING RIDGE, NJ, October 22, 2008-

Private-label baby diaper and training pant manufacturer Associated Hygienic Products LLC plans to build a $30 million converting facility in Waco, Texas.

The 250,000-square-foot factory will be located in Texas Central Park on 20 acres. The facility is expected to be opened in mid-2009 and employ 150 people by 2010, according to sources.
