We are looking of Stylists of all Levels

Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, part time and full time options, across 5 days (Monday to Saturday).

Your Role:

• Conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored Nancy Darcy experience.

• Create amazing hair results.

• Build and expand your client base while maintaining high retention rates.

• Enhance client experiences by referring them for colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.

• Communication with your team is essential. Help and achieve together! is our Moto and strength in providing the best customer experience and exceptional results.

Are you able:

• Deliver a wide range of hairdressing techniques, precise cuts and styling.

• Understand colour, create bespoke formulas and techniques creating individual colour creations that complement shapes and styles.

• Communicate and understand clients, listen to their needs and desires and be able to transform their hair and exceed expectations . Have a key eye for detail, understand skin tone, face shapes, lifestyles and hair types and needs.

• Provide high customer service and build long-lasting relationships. A true people person, with the ability to adapt communication styles to connect & build rapport with all individuals & personalities.

• Be a fun, polite, happy team member that can benefit the whole salon with a positive and outgoing attitude.

• Manage a schedule, handle different client demands and requests whilst working efficiently and effectively.

• Be Flexible to embrace changing trends, styles, and client requests and moods.
