Leaflet Ordering Database
This new database provides clients with details of the free leaflets, posters, fliers and booklets available to order from the Resource Centre. The Resource Centre is the nominated agency for NHS Nottingham City (and the southern half of NHS Nottinghamshire County) for the bulk supply of leaflets from the Department of Health (DH), Family Planning Association (fpa) and Food Standards Agency (FSA). You can search the database by title, subject, publisher or broad category and the majority of items also contain a direct link in the record to a PDF copy, so that you can view the item before deciding whether or not to order it.
To use the order facility you will need to be a registered member of the Resource Centre; if you would like to become a member please print off and return a membership form. Once you have searched for and found the items you would like to order, simply add them to your shopping basket. When your shopping basket contains all the items you wish to order on this visit, you can proceed to the checkout by clicking on the shopping basket button. Follow the on-screen instructions, complete the order form with any additional details (including PCT or organisation), and then press submit order. Your order will normally be despatched within 7 days, subject to availability.
To log on you will need your membership number and a password. Please contact the Resource Centre if you do not know your log on details.
