In the event we can not complete your custom job request, a FULL refund will be provided with the exception of the following:
- if we purchase a template from findmetemplates.com/templatemonster.com, we will email you the sources
- if we purchase any third-party software for use with your project (we always confirm with you before we purchase)
- purchase of any mods from this site or any other third-party mod developer
- more terms are available in our agremeent which is sent to a client before we begin any customizations
- client requests a refund without a reasonably reason

As most client requests are unique, we provide a detailed quote based on the clients requirements. We DO NOT quote by the hour, we always provide a single quote covering all aspects of a clients project. For almost all client-customizations, we require our agreement to be signed/faxed or emailed back. Our agreement includes all our policies. Why do we require this? We are a professional company, agreements help keep both our clients and us on the same page making sure there is no confusion between parties. Agreements work, if we require an agreement for your project is mandatory to be signed/faxed back before we can begin.
