The cottage, which is over 100 years old, was originally two cottages
and has been carefully renovated to retain its original charm yet offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for four people.
Situated alongside a large paddock, the front of the cottage has a south facing patio and garden with further patio and lovely views of the village and the church nearby.

The peaceful and tranquil village of Slapton (map) is just half a mile from
the beach at Slapton Sands and lies mid-way between Kingsbridge
(6 miles) and Dartmouth (6miles). A local store and two good pubs lie
within a couple of minutes walk of the cottage.
