If asked about their Chicago neighborhood, Puerto Rican residents of Humboldt Park do not hesitate to claim it as home with a tone full of pride. After all, this home of El Paseo Boricua and the annual Puerto Rican Festival is where you can find all things Boricua in Chicago.
