LEE ROGERS

Lee was brought up in a town on the east coast of Ireland called Carrickfergus, on the edge of Belfast city. Music was always on at home. His father had his tastes, introducing him to the likes of Van Morrisson and Bruce Springsteen at an early age, his mother loved the music from the 60's. Lee gleaned what he liked from both, though it was when he started high school that he was exposed to different music. Lee’s music is very much his own with a blues edge. His voice is strong and distinctive and what you hear on the record he reproduces live. Lee can perform as a soloist or with his band, the core of which consists of Trevor Dyer on Bass & Paddy Lavin on drums, other musicians join in as required including leading Belfast guitarist Gordon MacAllister. Lee is currently gigging in & around London (see gig listings). He is definitely one act you must check out now.

UNDERGROOVE

A hard rock / rap trio from Newcastle upon Tyne consisting of Mark Thompson, lead vox & bass, Angus Neal guitar / backing vox & Jay Graham, drums . Formed in 1992 but unfortunately split in 1998, their music fused heavy riffs with equally intense rap vocals and long before the modern bands that they are often compared with. This was another act that could reproduce their recorded sound live, including the sampled sounds that complement their ultimate stage presence.

STEVE LEE & the SOULUTIONS

This is a five piece soul covers & Barry White tribute band. With Steve Lee on vocals, Paul Wight on drums, Pete Robson guitar, Mark Thompson (not in Undergroove) keyboards & myself Barry Skeels on bass (it keeps me sane), we perform several times a month at varying places of entertainment. We draw our music from Tamala, Stax, Philli and of course Barry White (of which we are the best).

WIGHT - HUNTER

Gary Wight was introduced to me by Paul (our drummer’s brother) and with his writing partner Ted Hunter have provided some of the best commercial songs that I have heard in a very long time. Ranging from pop. rock, funk, fusion and ballads, they are prolific writers with over 300 songs to their credit. The opportunity for a publishing company is boundless, not only with quantity but pure quality, that any band or singer would be proud of performing.
