Danny Morris, Associate

Danny works with senior leaders to help develop strategy and shape solutions. As well as facilitating pragmatic thinking he is a specialist in helping clients to apply a strengths-based approach to strategy, role positioning, performance management and employee engagement.

Recently, Danny has been advising organisations undergoing mergers, providing extensive leadership development to executive teams in business and local government, and analysing for complex issues challenging Housing Associations. Danny works extensively in all sectors and has a particular specialism in the housing sector. He is a contributing author in the Oxford Handbook of Positive Psychology and Work.
