Laura Izard, Operations Director

Laura manages the operating side of organic leadership.

She is a highly experienced and successful recruitment consultant. With many years experience working for some of the leading city recruitment consultants including Badenoch and Clark and Robert Walters. Her reputation in the field is very strong based on many years of success.

Laura is passionate about seeing people grow and supports many individuals in their journey of discovery.

Laura has worked with all the major banks in the city and is now enjoying being mother of a very young child as well as keeping Organic Leadership running smoothly.

Laura is Australian and at any opportunity seeks the opportunity to find some warmth and sunshine.
She loves to keep fit and swims many times a week.
