“”Looks like fun!””
Are any of the Steelers rookies there?
No Steelers, Mojo.
I’m waiting for Taiwan Jones’ video of Scott, Tracy.
I would do anything to pull one of those Andy Dalton and A.J Green autos!!!! WHO DEY NATION STAND UP!!!!!
What are you going to do with the giant cards some of the guys are signing?
Most of the time we use them as office decoration but we need to find a way to get some of these bad boys into collectors’ hands.
redemtions for those would be a welcome addition to a box 🙂
enter in the cam nwton autograph hat contest!!
the two bengals auto elite cards (Dalton and Green) look like they belong in my collection! TRUELY BEAUTIFUL CARDS.
Love the PenPals of the 6 QB’s in this draft!
The Quad Auto looks ridiculous. The full size uncut nameplates is a nice touch too, any chance it would be a redemption for a full nameplate instead of letter by letter?
Can’t wait to start pulling cards soon 🙂
So much to like here. From the great on card autos to the sea of nameplates. But I really like the cards that the players got the opportunity to draw on. You can see their personalities really come out like the one where Cam Newton is doodling on someone else’s card, but most striking for me is Kyle Rudolph writing a saying from his High School days at Elder. The pride in his face showing that card and the fact that he still carries those memories as a major influence in his life is impressive and very personal.
I want a Christian Ponder!
These are great “behind the scenes” pics of what happens at the Rookie Premier thanks!
The hard signed multi player autos look sick !! Very well done on those, i can’t wait to get my hands on some… thanks for the contest also 🙂 hope i win !!!
Going to be an exciting season…hope we see some football played this year

The giant cards are amazing
Really great looking on card autograph combos, look forward to pulling some. Great coverage on a neat event
Im thinking J.J. Watt has the shortest name this year. Maybe ill shoot for getting all his auto letterman cards.
Love anything 49ers and that Kaepernick nameplate is awesome, can’t wait to get my hands on some 49ers rookie memorabilia…
Love the behind the scenes shots
they all look really good can’t wait to start busting open packs with this mojo in it
hey being a big pats fan the ryan mallett autographed card looks really good right about now
You know, when Upper Deck lost their license to produce NFL cards, collectors were skeptical that Panini would be up to the task to fill what was a huge hole. I think that we’ve seen over the last few years that A) Panini is most definitely up to the task, B) thinking up crazy new concepts that are instant hits (i.e. Golden Tickets), C) the mere fact that their blog is updated by Tracy almost every day and sometimes multiple times per day shows collectors that Panini cares about them and the footprint they are leaving on the hobby. Other websites from “other” companies are rarely updated, hard to interact with and lacking information on products, checklists, etc. The interface with the collecting community is what makes Panini #1 in my book and their products are boss. Look at the effort with the Octo-Auto up top. That ON-CARD dedication is rarely seen in today’s hobby. I think that Panini is trying to get this back to a “hobby” instead of the “business” that people have made it in to and they’re doing a great job. Dedication to the collectors, new and innovative trends, contests and a genuine sense of positivity….that makes them #1 for collectors and the hobby.
giant auto cards are awesome would look great in any collectors man cave
Enjoyed all the events this weekend. I have been going to the rookie premiere events in LA for the past 4 years and I have to say this was one of the best! One of the few tastes of the NFL we get here in LaLa land. Thanks Panini and NFLPA.
Those are some really neat photos!
where are all the bears rookies but the leshoure letters would look great up on the wall in my babys room big UofI fan gonna start him collecting early
Lovin’ that Jay Glazer blowup card haha!
Sure hope that the Green photo ( laying face down on the turf) is not signs of the future, cause I sure love Who Dey!!!
Thanks for the coverage. I like how Mallett was able to squeeze into the shoot, so all the top 7 QBs are now in 🙂 Can`t wait to crack open some product soon, good way to pass the time until the NFL resolves their issues!
Congratulations PANINI…
Being a Broncos Fan it would appear that Von Miller is all over Panini Football this year…Boy am i going to be broke..My Wife is going to Kill me !!!!!
Do they throw the ball then sign the cards? after signing all tose cards they must get huge cramps in their hand.
Since they are already in full gear i would assume they take the photos then Sit and sign, Crazy !
How many Card Companies are at the Rookie Premier? We know Panini and I assume Topps, No U.D. , Who else is out there ? and how do you decide who gets the players and for how long? I would assume you want to be the first to get the player before they start to sign to get them while they are fresh no?
I like the photos of the Jersey nameplate signatures! Awesome! Thanks for the contest.
I can’t wait to see Cam on the field bringing the Panthers back to contention! Players and owners please end the lockout so we can have football!!!!
I can’t wait to start opening packs (and pulling some of those amazing auto’s)! Thanks for the contest!
Tracy..
What type of pens are the players using to sign?.. Just curious..
^^contest entry^^^
Primarily Staedtler pens; but paint pens for the pull-out swatches.
Nice pics. You guys always find a way to bring the fans closer to the game. The autographed name plates look nice.
i want some ponder and rudolph cards!! 🙂

ryan mallet seems like such a nice guy
Nice Autos !!!!!!
I dont know, there have been some bad press out there on Mallett…..Guess time will tell
Got to meet Mallett at the Flag Football he was nice to everyone so I wish him all the best. The best guys were Titus Young (he signed for everyone good dude) and Mikel Leshoure (he spent about 15 mins to talk to me and other fans). As a Bears fan it is hard to cheer for Lions, but I will be for 14 games this season.
PANINI “WINNING” again as always….LOve it.. cant wait to get my hands on these cards!!
Amazing autographs!! Love how the Jersey’s are signed by the players on each letter! Cant wait to get an Edmund Gates autographed card!!
I love the carolina panthers with all my heart and soul. With the addition of qb cam newton, the panthers are finally the explosive power team I’ve always longed for. One of these days I might be able to experiance a real game! That is my dream. And to get to hang out with the team is on my bucket list. I would give my legs and arms and my liver to be able to shake hands with all my panther heros! Love you guys!
