Q: Can I bring my cat's own bedding?
A: All cats are provided with a clean bed, but you are welcome to bring your own bedding if you wish. However, we can not guarantee their safe return should your pet damage them.

Q: Can I bring toys and treats for my pet?
A: Yes, we encourage you to bring toys and treats. However, we cannot guarantee their safe return should your pet damage them.

Q: Do I need to bring my pet's own food?
A: No, we provide quality food for your pets. If your cat has been prescribed a specialist diet by your vet, you will need to bring adequate supply with you.

Q: Is your cattery constantly staffed in the evening, weekends and on holidays when you are closed?
A: We live on site and staff are available to tend to our guests 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

Q: Are the boarding quarters heated?
A: Our cattery has heated beds. Rest assured your pets will be warm and comfortable at all times.

Q: I have two cats, can they share boarding quarters?
A: Yes, if they get along well, we would encourage you to board your cats together.

Q: This is the first time my cat has ever stayed at a cattery, how will he/she cope?
A: Cats adapt to their surroundings, and as long as they are comfortable, well fed and looked after, they are perfectly happy.
 

Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: The most important thing to bring is an up-to-date vaccination record. We will provide all bedding, bowls, litter trays, food and toys, but you are welcome to bring your cat's own toys and bedding if you wish.
 

Q: What if my cat is on special medication?
A: We can administer any tablet and are able to give diabetic cats their insulin injections. Please ensure you bring an adequate supply and details of doses and times for when the medication is to be given.
 

Q: What if my cat is ill whilst staying with you?
A: In the event of your cat falling ill, our local vet will attend to undertake an examination. Any costs incurred will be paid at the time of treatment, and will then be added to your boarding invoice to be paid upon collection. Wherever possible, you will be contacted and kept informed of any treatment needed.
 

Q: Do you provide a collection and delivery service?
A: Yes, for an additional cost. Please call for details.
