WORKSHOPS
I am pleased to offer one-to-one workshops to anyone wishing to learn the art of landscape photography.
These workshops can be held anywhere you choose but the North Coast of Ireland or the North Coast of Cyprus is where I am most familiar. .
Each workshops is personalised so it does not matter what level you are - from complete beginners to those seeking to become professional landscape photographers.
The topics covered are also modified to suit you, but would normally include...
(1) Setting up your camera for perfect landscape photography.
(2) How to "see" the perfect shot.
(3) How to caputure on camera what your eyes can see.
(4) How to process the images for display.
(5) How to print your work of art.
The cost is £2,500 per day plus expenses.
FAQ
Q. Can I bring other people along?
A. Yes, up to three others, but this means you get less a personalised workshop.
Q. How many days is enough?
A. One day will give your landscape photography skills a huge boost, but there will be lots we canot cover.
Three to four days gives enough time to cover all the main points.
Five days may be necessary where you would like to cover a wide range of locations, say from Donegal to the Giants Causeway.
Q What about the weather?
A. I always leave a couple of days free on each side of a workshop. If coming from abroad, I suggest you stay a few days on each side of the workshop so we can "slide" the dates slightly if necessary.
Q. What will I come away with?
A. Apart from a head full of knowledge, then as long as your workshop is at least 2 days, we will have had time to make a large print of one of your images - perhaps 30" x 40" for you to take home.
Each extra day should lead to an extra image suitable for hanging in your home or office.
Q. payment terms?
A. 50% deposit seals your workshop dates with the rest payable at the start of the workshop.
