3 (Royal Auxiliary Air Force) Squadron, a new Volunteer Tactical Police Squadron based at RAF Henlow, Bedfordshire, is an integral part of TPW, with the role of providing policing and Force Protection support to the RAF's Lines of Communication both in the UK and Overseas.

The Squadron is currently recruiting, so if you are physically fit, aged between 18 and 50 and seeking a challenging way to spend your spare time, look no further.

Kabul, local liaison

Those joining will be expected to commit themselves to attend one training weekend per month and a 15 day training period annually. In return they will be paid a similar rate of pay as the regulars, travel allowance plus an annual tax-free bounty of £380 for the first year, rising to £1380 after 5 years for those who have met the annual training requirements.
