This is my first attempt at creating a neapolitan style pizza. It tasted amazing! It’s not quite as good as a good restaurant made neapolitan pizza, but it’s close enough to make me happy. I cooked it in a G3 Ferrari delezia pizza oven, which I bought recently.
I had a great day out during a cycling trip to Werder for their annual baumblutenfest (blossom festival).
Liuba and I took a weekend trip to Berlin Tropical Islands. It’s the worlds largest indoor waterpark, built inside an old airship hangar. The building is the largest hall in the world without pillars.
Despite it’s name, the waterpark is nowhere near Berlin. So we stayed in a little place called Königswusterhausen for the night, and visited the local castle there.
