Rita Bailey Leadership Coach & Facilitator

For two decades she has helped major corporations, government agencies and private businesses alike to align and enhance business objectives and people performance.

She is Founder / Director of the coaching consultancy and has a first class track record facilitating organizations and individuals going through change by bringing clarity to complex business and people management issues. Her clients include Vodafone, NHS, Novartis Switzerland, London Development Agency, Transport for London (TfL), Crown Prosecution & Save the Children UK. Her accomplishments are also highlighted by being an experienced Corporate Trainer, Enterprise Development Adviser (SFEDI), MBA lecturer at Open University Business School, previous Investors in People Assessor.

More recently Rita has worked as an international facilitator with Microsoft, associate consultant with Chartered Management Institute and a mentor with the Cherie Blair Foundation mentoring programme for female entrepreneurs. She is a Fellow for Institute of Leadership & Management and a Practitioner Member of the Association of Business Psychologists.

In 2003 Rita won Business Award for Outstanding Contribution to Business Communities in London Borough of Bromley and became a Millennium Award winner and Fellow for her leadership and consultancy contributions to local communities. She is founder of Enterprise Network Forum a local business forum carrying out research on key local business needs. She is a public appointed member of the London South Learning Skills Council, non-exec Director for South London Business and has been a trainer for The Coaching Academy.

Rita's background originally started in economic development and growth, creating success conditions for business growth and full employment on a regional basis. She was Chief Executive of a development agency, and has held senior management roles requiring strategic planning, HR planning, Fund raising and project management of large-scale projects. Today she places particular focus on developing leaders and middle managers because she believes leadership capabilities and self-awareness are true essence of success. She brings a combination of management, training, leadership experience stemming from working in commercial, charities, public sector and local and central government.

Rita continues to be passionate about creating a legacy she facilitates a number of projects in her spare time that boost business and community partnerships.
