What is the biggest barrier you face? Surprised or not it’s normally yourself! Most of us do not realise the true potential which is within us all. We just don’t carry the confidence to go for our dreams.
I am not promising a miracle, and it will be down to you to do the work and, perhaps, face a few demons. But, you can do it!
Through career coaching you can identify, what really would be a satisfying career, the correct mind set, the core skills needed to realise it and the motivation to achieve short term goals necessary to take you along the journey.
Ultimately it will be achieved through mutual trust between Coach and Client but at this stage neither has any knowledge of each other. That is why I am offering a free 20 min introductory session, by telephone, to see whether we are a suitable match and for you to get a taste of what to expect.
