	Rodney Cann is the County Councillor for Fremington Rural. This covers the communities of Roundswell, Bickington, Fremington, Yelland, Instow, Newton Tracey, Lovacott, Westleigh and a number of smaller hamlets.	Rodney is North Devon District Councils portfolio holder with responsibility for the Council Recycling and Waste (GreenSweep) improvement programme He is also a member of the Planning and Barnstaple, Fremington and Instow Area Committees
