Date	Place & What We'll Be Doing
2003
12 April	Topsham Sailing Club, Ferry Road, Topsham. The club are holding a coffee morning for the RNLI. Topsham Branch will be there and we will be also with our souvenir stall. 10:00 until 12:00
13 April	Topsham Sailing Club, Ferry Road, Topsham. The club are hosting a lunch on behalf of the RNLI. Topsham Branch will be there and so will we with our souvenir stall. 12:00 until 14:00
16 to 17 May	Kwiksave Supermarket, Station Road, Broadclyst, Exeter. We are making a collection from customers to this store. We will be there from 10:00 until 16:00 each day. Please give generously if you see us.
20 May	Branch Annual General Meeting, Thistle Hotel, Queen St., Exeter. As in the previous year, we will be having our AGM at the Thistle Hotel. After the formal elections and presentation of accounts, there will be a general discussion about the RNLI and the branch. We intend to show the latest promotional video about our work. All branch members are invited to attend. We welcome anyone who has an interest in the work of the Lifeboats to come along as well. Meeting starts at 19:30.
24 May	Devon Boat Jumble, Newton Abbot. We will be there for the spring boat jumble. We will be selling Lifeboat souvenirs, draw tickets, etc. There will also be a display about the work of the RNLI. 10:00 until 16:00.
1 June	Killerton House, Killerton, Exeter. The Devon branch of the Jaguar Car Owner's Club have invited us to their day out at this National Trust property. We will be there with a D-Class Lifeboat and will be selling Lifeboat souvenirs, etc. 10:00 until 17:00.
15 June	2 Salmon Pool Lane, Topsham Road, Exeter. The owners of this residential house, Mr and Mrs Griffen, are opening their rear garden to the public today for the Lifeboats. Their suburban garden is divided in to three styles; cottage garden, woodland corner, and fruit and ornamental trees. There will be teas, cakes and plants for sale, together with RNLI souvenirs. The entry fee is £1.50 adults, 50p children. 12:00 until 18:00
21 June	Starcross School Fete, Starcross, Exeter. The school are having their fete during the afternoon. We will be there selling Lifeboat souvenirs, etc. 14:00 until 16:00
21 June	Starcross Fishing and Cruising Club, Starcross, Exeter. The club are having a wine and cheese evening for the RNLI. We will be there selling Lifeboat souvenirs, draw tickets, etc. 20:00 until 23:00.
21 to 22 June	Starcross Yacht Club, Starcross, Exeter. Starcross Yacht Club are hosting this year's Exe Regatta. They have invited us to attend, but we haven't all the details yet. Watch this space!
5 July	St Thomas Methodist Church, Cowick Street, Exeter. There will be a Charities Fair here from 09:30 until 12:00. There will be various stalls, including one of ours.

12 to 13 July	Classic Car Meeting, Powderham Castle, Exeter. We will be at the meeting all week with a display of the RNLI's work. We will have a D-Class Lifeboat on display and will be selling Lifeboat souvenirs, draw tickets, etc. 10:00 until 18:00.
26 July	Starcross Fishing and Cruising Club, Starcross, Exeter. The club are having a BBQ near Powderham for club members. We will be there with some Lifeboat souvenirs. 18:00 until 22:00.
2 August	Silverton Street Market, Silverton, Exeter. We will be at the annual Street Market selling our souvenirs, draw tickets, etc. 10:00 until 16:00.
15 August	Trouts Boatyard, Ferry Road, Topsham. RNLI Topsham Branch are having a Grand Hog Roast at Trouts Boatyard. We will be there selling Lifeboat souvenirs, etc. Tickets are available from Paul Property Services, Topsham and W. Trout & Son, Topsham. 19:30 until 23:00.
16 August	Christow Agricultural Show, Christow, Exeter. We will be at the show where we will be selling Lifeboat souvenirs, draw tickets, etc. We will have a D-Class Lifeboat on display. 10:00 until 16:00.
23 to 25 August	Dawlish Warren, Dawlish. Over the Bank Holiday weekend, we will be on the Green with a Lifeboat display. We will have a D-Class Lifeboat with us. We will be selling Lifeboat souvenirs, draw tickets, etc. and making a collection for the RNLI. 10:00 until 17:00.
1 to 6 September	Branch Flag Week. This week is our annual branch Flag Week. There will be various fundraising activities throughout the area such as house-to-house collections, etc, leading up to our Flag Day on Saturday 6 September 2003 when we will be holding our Flag Day in Exeter's High Street and Guildhall Shopping Centre.
20 September	Devon Boat Jumble, Newton Abbot. We will be there for the autumn boat jumble. We will be selling Christmas cards, calendars, diaries, Lifeboat souvenirs, draw tickets, etc. There will also be a display about the work of the RNLI. 10:00 until 14:00.
21 September	Crealy Park, Exeter. We will be there with the Exeter Model Boat Club. We will have our own D-Class display Lifeboat on show. We will be selling Lifeboat souvenirs, Christmas cards, calendars, draw tickets, etc. 10:00 until 17:00.
28 September	Barnfield Theatre, Barnfield Road, Exeter. This concert has been cancelled. This is because of a low number of ticket sales. We regret that this has happened, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
16 to 18 October	Sainsbury's Central, Guildhall Shopping Centre, Exeter. We will be making a collection at this store over the three days. Please give generously if you see us. 10:00 until 16:00.
19 October	Starcross Yacht Club, Starcross, Exeter. The club are holding their annual Pennant Race for the RNLI. We will be there selling Christmas cards, calendars, souvenirs, etc. 10:00 until 16:00.
31 October	Barnfield Theatre Bar, Barnfield Road, Exeter. Phraseology, a jazz piano trio, are playing for the Lifeboats in the theatre bar. The music starts at 20:00. The admission charge is only £2 on the door. All proceeds from the evening are for the Lifeboats. Donations, etc, will be accepted on the night.
8 November	Topsham Sailing Club, Ferry Road, Topsham, Exeter. The club have arranged a coffee morning for the RNLI. Topsham Branch will be there and so will we selling Christmas cards, calendars, Christmas gifts, souvenirs, etc. 10:00 until 12:00.
9 November	Topsham Sailing Club, Ferry Road, Topsham, Exeter. The club has arranged a lunch for members on behalf of the RNLI. Topsham Branch will be there and so will we selling Christmas cards, calendars, Christmas gifts, souvenirs, etc. 12:00 until 14:00.
13 November	Starcross Fishing and Cruising Club, Starcross, Exeter. The club are having an RNLI evening for their members. We will be there selling Christmas cards, calendars, souvenirs, etc. 20:00 until 23:00.
15 November	Bedford Square, Exeter. We will have our annual stall in the square near the High Street. We will be selling Christmas cards, calendars, Christmas gifts, etc. 10:00 until 16:00.
15 November	The Maynard School, Spicer Road, Exeter. The Maynard Parents Association are holding their Christmas Fayre at the school. We will be there with a stall, selling Lifeboat souvenirs, Christmas cards, Calendars, etc. 10:00 until 13:00.
15 November	Yeoford, Crediton. We will be at Yeoford Charity Fair, Yeoford, Crediton, with a stall selling Lifeboat souvenirs, Christmas cards, calendars, diaries, etc. 10:00 until 12:00.
22 November	Tiverton Pannier Market, Tiverton. We are at the Pannier Market all day. We will be selling Christmas cards, calendars, diaries, and other Lifeboat souvenirs. 10:00 until 15:00.
11 to 13 December	Sainbury's Supermarket, Pinhoe, Exeter. This year we are holding our annual Christmas collection at Sainbury's, Pinhoe. Please give generously to our collectors. 10:00 until 16:00.
13 December	RNLI Carol Service, Exeter Cathedral. The RNLI have arranged a carol service at Exeter Cathedral on this date. There will be a carol service and the reading of nine lessons. It is open to all members of the public and although there is no admission charge, a collection for the Lifeboats will be made during the service. Service starts at 16:30.
