Great experience, very comfortable rooms, planter boxes on the balcony were a pain as they blocked the view when sitting at the outdoor table!

Great location good size rooms. Issue with the free wifi. Coffee was mouldy but other then that great place.

The unit was nice. Staff were polite. But… as being regular stayers to Sirocco felt a little disappointed this time. We Paid for a/c unit but it was not working. Kinda think by the fact of seeing fans in the rooms this was already known. Made us feel a bit disappointed. Units floors were not really vacuumed well. Needed to sweep the lounge area when we arrived. Just little things that we kinda just put up with…..then wonder if you will go back. Couldn’t use my Accor points too in booking and told needed to do that in person but not possible booking over the phone. As I said….little things that make you think…would we all stay again.
