For some reason I always assumed that the observation floor from Seattle’s tallest building was an exterior deck.  I was quite disappointed to find that one of the best views of the city can only be seen from  behind glass on the 63rd floor of the Columbia Tower. This is one of the images that had minimal window reflections to deal with.  It’s looking northwest towards Elliott Bay and Queen Anne Hill.
