Happy New Year of the Rabbit!

‘Miffy’, one of my favorite childhood characters, wishes you a happy new year! This bento was created using the most basic staples in my house: mixed white and brown rice, bulgogi (Korean barbecued beef), egg soboro and finished off with colorful veggie garnishments.
