Our Fees
Purchase
A three month retainer of £300 which is deductible from the final account.
On homes up to £1m
1.25% of purchase price on properties or
12.5% of the savings on original purchase price
On homes above £1m
1% of purchase price on properties or
10% of the savings made on original purchase price
It is here where our real local market knowledge truly can bring significant actual reductions and avoid the often very inflated and wholly unsupportable prices so often sought. A balance is drawn between the need to obtain the best price consistent with being able to close the deal. A thorough examination of the relative bargaining position of the parties is gained from the outset to facilitate this process and to keep the sales process on track.
Rental
An initial registration fee of £350 non-returnable. The initial registration fee runs for a period of 16 weeks.
On the rental of a property via South Coast Relocation commission will become payable, this is based on one months rent.
