Pupils from Years 7 and 9 at Bootham School in York received rapturous applause yesterday (4 July 2007) for their world première of Compost: the (mini-)Musical, which they performed as part of the school’s Globe Day Carnival.  The pupils worked very hard to learn the musical from scratch in under an hour and a half.
