We do not retain any information in regards to Name, Address, email address, etc. Users of our site can send text messages to cell phones annoymously, just like any other text message site allows. As long as the user knows a cell phone number and a cell phone provider, they can send a text message to anyone's phone.

It works the same way as someone calling your phone cell phone with *67. They show up annoymously or unknown to your cell phone, and there's no way to find out who they are. Another example would be if someone sent you a harrassing email message through an annonymous/bogus email account. Users can create an email address with any provider, using bogus information, and can send harrassing messages to anyone.
