Documentation - assessing the suitability of documents for specialist and bespoke transactions. Structuring – implementing structures that provide customer focused solutions that at the same time mitigate TAS customer risks. End of Term – ensuring that operating lease providers have a robust and effective process to manage this crucial but often overlooked area. The function and purpose of TAS, in the area of consultancy, is to provide knowledge and experience of operating leasing to its many clients.
