Hey tier 4 students! Are you seeking which tier 4 sponsor is currently being suspended? Tier 4 licenses of these sponsors may be cancelled if they won’t be able to maintain the required quality prescribed by UKBA in the given time. In case of cancellation of license, current tier 4 student visa will automatically cancelled. The students must apply to another tier 4 licensed sponsor or return back to the home country. If your tier 4 visa applications or tier 4 visa extension is in process and your tier 4 sponsor is suspended, you may expect either delay in decision or refusal of your application.
The current suspended list shows that private profit oriented colleges are in suspension list. So, I would like to request prospective tier 4 students to choose public colleges or tier 4 universities.

I'm a college's student. my college suspended last week.but I have a important problem now. my grandmother and grandfather were gas poisoning last week. My grandfather died of that,so I have to go back my home country. If I go back to my home country, can I come back to UK a few weeks after?

ReplyDeleteYes, you can go your home. But you should get written permission by your college. It would be better if your expected or exact return date will be mentioned on the permission letter
hi,i have sent my application to extand my visa and recently my college is suspended by home office. what shall i need to do? shall i phone to homeoffice or have to wait for final decession from them. moreover, now i am interested to study in pulic funded college and got a offer letter from a pulic college and now need to pay the certain ammount of as deposit .
